A former senior pastor and church planter, he served alongside Rick Warren at Saddleback Church as Global Pastor of Training. He now leads as Master Trainer at Living on the Edge , equipping and mentoring pastors worldwide with a focus on disciple-making, church health, and practical biblical leadership.
